A fully refundable security deposit of 105 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.15-1.07 Euros per adult per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
