Beautifully renovated semi-detached stone built lakeside character cottage located in the heart of the countryside 3km from Pleuhiden Sur Rance in the Rance valley. The cottage has its own sun terrace and garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there are additional shared grounds with swings. The cottage is located 9km from Dinan, 20km from St Malo and only 15km from the beach. There are two other gîtes on site.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
