Attractive detached traditional timbered cottage dating from 1850 located in the heart of the countryside in the tiny hamlet of St Aubin sur Algot (154 inhabitants) in the Pays D'Auge region of Calvados just 25 km from the seaside town of Cabourg. The property is superbly situated with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The owner lives nearby and is always on hand to make guests welcome. The cottage has its own fenced grounds of 300 sq metres and there is also a fenced pond nearby.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating, including water heating, is in addition to the rental. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
