Very spacious and extremely comfortable semi-detached modern village cottage with south-facing terrace located next to another smaller gîte. There are extensive grounds of 2000 sq metres enclosed by a hedge and shared between the two properties. The property is situated in the small village of St Gatien des Bois (1183 inhabitants) which is in a forest in the Pays d'Auge region of Calvados. The coast is only 8km away. There is a golf course just 1km from the property

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
