Detached farm cottage superbly located in the heart of the Seine Valley in the rural hamlet of Noyers 2.5km from the village of Les Andelys. The hamlet overlooks one of the most beautiful stretches of the Seine and the farm is great fun for children with guinea pigs, sheep and cattle, Bébert the donkey and Hénora the mare. The cottage has been very tastefully restored and has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture, BBQ, swing and a sand pit. Rouen is 35km from the cottage and Dieppe and the coast is 100km away.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
