Beautiful detached village house surrounded by a lovely shady garden situated in the little village of Arrembécourt on the edge of the Haute Marne region of Champagne. The area is noted for its lakes and forests. The Der Lake, the Outhine Ornothological Reserve and the Orient Forest are all within very easy reach. The picturesque towns of Brienne Le Château and Soulaines Dhuys are nearby.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Electricity charges are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 120 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival. There is also a small tourist tax of 0.25 Euros (about 10p) per day for everyone aged 13 and over which will be collected by the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
