Comfortable and tastefully furnished semi-detached character farm cottage with traditional beamed ceilings located in the rural village of Auchy au Bois 25km west of Béthune and 60km from Le Touquet and the coast. The cottage is surrounded by unfenced shared grounds with swings and BBQ and has its own private sun terrace with garden furniture.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
