Stone built tastefully furnished and decorated south facing stone built character cottage dating from 1800 located in the tiny village of Fourches (147 inhabitants) just 10km from Falaise, 20km from Argentan, 35km from Clécy, 45km from Caen and 45km from Lisieux. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there are shared grounds with table tennis and petanque 100 metres away in the village.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
