Spacious and comfortable detached farm cottage located 1km from Camiers and only 3km from the seaside, 6km from Etaples, 10km from Le Touquet and 58km from Calais. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.80 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
