Comfortable and spacious detached timbered character cottage dating from 1900 located in the beautiful Pays D'Auge region of Normandy in the rural hamlet of La Vespière 2km from Orbec, 20km from Lisieux, 50km from Deauville and the seaside and 60km from Caen. The cottage has its own extensive enclosed garden of 1000 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ and swing. Guests are welcome to visit the owners' dairy farm nearby.

Utility charges are in addition to the rental and are charged at 23 Euros per week during July and August, 38 Euros per week during April, May, June, September and October and 53 Euros per week from November to March. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, water heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

N.B. In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
