Comfortable detached rural cottage located in the heart of the countryside in the quiet hamlet of La Berderie 5km from the village of Saint Mars De Coutais, 10km from the Planète Sauvage Adventure Park, 11km from St Philbert de Grand Lieu and the Grand Lieu Lake Nature Reserve and just 27km from Pornic and the seaside. The cottage is surrounded by its own lawned garden of 600 sq metres with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swings and garage.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
