Comfortable country cottage overlooking a small fishing lake located 2km from the rural village of Beuvardes on the Champagne/Picardy border, 9km from Chartèves and the River Marne, 15km from Château-Thierry, 45km from Epernay and 75km from Eurodisney. The cottage shares extensive grounds with the owners and has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electrity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is charged at 6 Euros per day. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
