Very comfortable and attractive semi-detached country cottage located in Saint Bonnet Sur Gironde on the estuary of the River Gironde 40km south of Royan and the seaside and 6km from Mirambeau. The cottage is surrounded by extensive grounds with an orchard, horses and a lake on site and has its own courtyard and terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

FIRST FLOOR
Triple bedroom with one double and one three quarter size bed

The rental includes the first 56kw of electricity per week. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests may hire household linen or bring their own towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day. Cleaning can be arranged for 14 Euros per hour.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, end of stay cleaning and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
