Very comfortable, completely independent and spacious gîte located in the wing of a château dating from the beginning of the 17th century located just outside the village of St Ouen de Thouberville just on the border of the Londe Forest in the Valley of the Seine in the Pays de Rouen. The château is a superb example of the architecture of the period and is surrounded by extensive wooded grounds. Rouen is just 15km from the château.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
