Comfortable, spacious and very well cared for detached converted barn located in Bouffère in the Bocage region in the north of the Vendée. The owner lives nearby and is on hand to make guests welcome. The extensive grounds contain a swimming pool shared with the owner, a children's play area with swings, sand pit and slide, table tennis and a garage and the owners can arrange wine tasting on site. The coast is 80km away and there is a bathing lake just 10km away.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
