Unusual and interesting historic 16th century timbered manor house located near Bourneville in the Risle Estuary and just 35km from Honfleur and the coast, 43km from the historic city of Rouen and 80km from Caen. The grounds contain a dovecote and the whole site is a listed historical monument. The property is surrounded by extensive grounds and has its own private garden of 2000 sq metres with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
