Unusual and interesting 18th century timbered character cottage located near Bourneville in the Risle Estuary in the grounds of a 16th century manor house and dovecote. The whole site is a listed historical monument. The cottage is surrounded by extensive grounds and has its own unfenced garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The property is just 35km from Honfleur and the coast, 43km from Rouen and 80km from Caen.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
