Spacious property surrounded by superb countryside located in Boutancourt on the River Meuse. The cottage has its own garden with garden furniture and shares extensive grounds with three other gîtes. The grounds cover 7 hectares and include a one hectare lake, forest land and meadows.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 200 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
