The property is situated in very peaceful countryside and is surrounded by its own wooded parkland with garden furniture, BBQ, swings and garage. Loudéac Forest, Pont Quéra and Pont Vaublanc are only 4km away.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
