Very comfortable and charming rural character cottage converted from outbuildings belonging to a 19th century château and surrounded by 60 hectares of magnificent landscaped parkland containing a shared swimming pool with a solarium and orange groves and seven hectare fishing lake. The château is situated in Braye-sur-Maulne in the Pays de Langeais north of Tours. The cottage has its own balcony, sun terrace, garden area, garden furniture and BBQ and views over a small lake on the edge of the woods. There are two other gîtes on site and the owners offer three Chambres d'Hôtes in the château.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Wood for the fire is supplied free of charge. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.50 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
