DETACHED COUNTRY COTTAGE

Attractive and comfortable detached character cottage located in the heart of the countryside on the outskirts of the rural hamlet of Brinay in Western Burgundy. The cottage has its own landscaped garden and overlooks the Nivernais-L'Aron canal and the surrounding valley. There is a créperie and restaurant within walking distance of the cottage and a small lake just 500 metres away.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
