Cafny is reached by an avenue lined with oak trees and is bathed in sunshine from early morning. It is only 2km from Buhel swimming lake, 15km from Blain and 45km from Pénetin and the coast. The cottage has its own sun terrace and extensive grounds with children's play centre with swings, table tennis and bicycles.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
