Beautifully restored traditional French farm cottage surrounded by countryside and less than 15km from the coast. The cottage is only 1.5km from Montreuil with its citadel and ramparts and has its own garden, with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases with them. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any aditional consumption and heating is charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating, firewood and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
