Beautifully appointed semi-detached modern cottage with panoramic views over the harbour located in the small seaside town of Port En Bessin (2328 inhabitants) only 100 metres from the sea and 7km from the Omaha beaches. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are in addition to the rental and are charged at 60 Euros per week from November to March, 50 Euros per week from April to June, September and October and 30 Euros per week during July and August. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
