Large country house built in the anglo-normand style surrounded by 100 hectares of parkland. The property is located at the entrance to the park in Champigny sur Veude only 1km from the River Veude in the beautiful Pays de Chinon 10km south of the historic town of Chinon and the River Vienne, 20km from the confluence of the Vienne and Loire rivers and 20km from Loudun. The owners, who speak English, live nearby and are on hand to make guests welcome.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 122 Euros on arrival together with a compulsory 76 Euro end of stay cleaning charge

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER In France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
