RENOVATED CHARACTER FARM COTTAGE

Tastefully restored character farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside 3km from the village of La Chapelle Blanche St Martin on a former Roman road that used to lead to Louis XI's fortress in Loches. The cottage has its own extensive fenced wooded garden with sun terrace, pond, table tennis, play centre with swings and slide. The cottage is 18km west of Loches and the River Indre and 38km south of Tours and the River Loire.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests may hire or bring their own towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for towel hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
