DETACHED 2 BEDROOM FARM COTTAGE

Beautifully renovated detached farm cottage located in the rural hamlet of Charencey right on the banks of the River Drenné and only 300 metres from the woods. Charency is 12km north of Sombernon and 30km west of Dijon. The cottage has its own extensive enclosed grounds with terrace and garden furniture.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption is charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring sheets and pillow cases with them. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 60 cents per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit.
