TWO BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Detached character cottage located in peaceful countryside near the rural village of Chaumussay on the River Claise and just 9km from Le Grand Pressigny, 14km from La Roche Posay, 25km from the River Vienne, 40km from the historical city of Loches and 76km south of Tours and the River Loire. The cottage is surrounded by extensive gardens with a 5x10 swimming pool and a small fishing lake on site. The owners live nearby and are available to make guests welcome.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
