Attractively priced single storey simply furnished semi-detached holiday home located in Chenac Saint Seurin D'Uzet 20 km south of Royan. The cottage is next to another gîte and shares a garden with swings and a sand pit. There is a shared swimming in the grounds and the beach is only 12km away.

Guests may hire bed linen at 6/8 Euros per bed per week or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 160 Euros and a small tourist tax of 0.30 Euros per adult per day is payable to the owner on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, end of stay cleaning and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
