Comfortable, detached character cottage - a former presbytery, located - near the church in the rural village of Chézy En Orxois in the Orxois valley just 10km from La Ferté Milon and the River Ourcq, 23km from Château Thierry, 53km from Eurodisney, 76km from Reims and 77km from Epernay. The cottage has its own enclosed garden with garden furniture, BBQ and garage.

Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electrity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
