Spacious, detached country cottage located in a superb position 1km from the village of Clairmarais, 8km from St Omer, 52km from Calais, 60km from Montreuil Sur Mer and 65km from the coast. The cottage commands beautiful views over Clairmarais forest and the lakes of the marshes and is surrounded by its own enclosed garden with swings, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.60 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
