Detached stone built character seaside cottage dating from 1850 situated in a very quiet location on a cereal farm in the village of Colleville Montgomery only 2km from the beach. The cottage has its own garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Electricity is charged at 21 Euros per week. Heating is in addition to the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, electricity, heating end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
