Charming picturesque detached cottage located in the popular seaside resort of Grandcamp Maisy only 200 metres from the beach. The cottage is surrounded by its own enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ and the dining room has a superb picture window overlooking the garden. The two first floor bedrooms have balconies one of which has sea views.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and utilities are payable to the owner on site.

Utilities are charged at 23 Euros per week from June to September, 38 Euros per week during May and October and 53 Euros per week from November to April. Guests may hire bed linen on request or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per person per day.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
