Comfortable and spacious farm cottage dating from 1800 located in the hamlet of Ryes (421 inhabitants) in the Bessin region of Calvados only 3km from Arromanches and the Landing Beaches, 7km from Bayeux and 28km from Caen. The cottage has its own enclosed sunny garden of 900 sq metres with garden furniture, stone built BBQ and swings.

Utility charges are in addition to the rental and are charged at 55 Euros per week from October to April, 40 Euros per week from May to June and during September and 24 Euros per week during July and August . Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
