All charges except for heating are included in the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring sheets and pillow cases with them. Blankets and pillows are provided. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. A fully refundable security deposit of 75 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per person per day.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating, end of stay cleaning and firewood are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
