Charming detached stone built character cottage dating from 1800 located in the rural hamlet of Croisilles (324 inhabitants) on the boarders of the Suisse Normande only 4km from Thury Harcourt, 15km from Clécy, 25km from Caen and 40km from the coast. The cottage is surrounded by its own extensive garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utilites are in addition to the rental and are charged at 55 Euros per week from November to March, 40 Euros per week from April to June and from September to October and 25 Euros per week during July and August. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
