DETACHED COUNTRY COTTAGE

Detached farm cottage located in the heart of the countryside in the rural hamlet of St Carré 3km from Plestin Les Grèves, 4km from Lanvellec and only 12km from the beach and 25km from the Pink Granite coast. The cottage is surrounded by extensive lawned grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, table tennis and swings.

Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Wood is supplied for the wood burning stove free of charge. The owners will also require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
