Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental during July and August and are charged at 56 Euros per week from November to March and 40 Euros per week in April, May, June and September. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
