Very comfortable traditional timbered character farm cottage located in the rural hamlet of St Désir de Lisieux just 4km from the historic town of Lisieux, 36km from Houlgate and the seaside and 54km from Caen. The cottage is surrounded by it own enclosed grounds with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swing and sand pit.

Utility charges are included in the rental during July & August. During April-June, September and October heating is charged at 38 Euros per week and from November to March 53 Euros per week. Guests will need to bring sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.65 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for utilities and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
