Very pretty little character gîte located on the first floor of a detached cottage surrounded by peaceful countryside only 500 metres from a swimming river, 1km from the Moloy Forest, 4km from the village of Dienay and about 20km north of Dijon. The property has its own enclosed garden and courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Failure to leave the property as you find it will result in a deduction for cleaning being made from your security deposit
