COMFORTABLE 4 BEDROOM DETACHED FARM COTTAGE
Sleeps 8/10

Spacious and comfortable semi-detached farm cottage surrounded by fields and located in the village of Fiennes just 15km from Wissant Beach, 18km from Calais and 26km from Boulogne Sur Mer. The cottage has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares extensive wooded gardens with table tennis and table football with four other smaller cottages. There are small animals - ducks, chickens and rabbits - on site for the children.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros on arrival together with a small tourist tax of 0.60 Euros per day for everyone aged 13 and over.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating, linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
