Spacious and comfortable semi-detached farm cottage located in the attractive village of Eperlecques just 11km from Saint Omer, 25km from the coast and 32km from Calais. The cottage has its own enclosed lawned garden with sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. Utility charges are included in the rental. A fully refundable security deposit of 250 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France end of stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker so please ensure that you leave the property clean and tidy at the end of your stay or a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
