Comfortable and spacious semi-detached character farm cottage located in a quiet rural hamlet 2km from the village of Epreville and just 5km from the coast. The cottage has its own private garden with garden furniture and BBQ and there are further extensive shared grounds planted with apple trees and a fenced pond, games room with table tennis and table football, a children's play area with swings and a slide and a boules court. There are also sheep and horses on site. Fécamp is 6km, Etretat 13km, Dieppe 71km and Rouen 79km from the property.

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating is in addition to the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
