Comfortable and well cared for detached single storey cottage located in the rural hamlet of Ergnies 17km from Abbéville, 37km from Saint Valéry Sur Somme and the coast and 38km from Amiens. The cottage is surrounded by extensive enclosed gardens planted with 58 different varieties of flowers and more than 200 rose trees and has a sun terrace, garden furniture and BBQ.

Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
