Comfortable and spacious single storey semi-detached cottage located next to the owners' home near the village of Erquinghem-lys on the River Lys and just 6km from the Belgian border, 20km from Lille and 23km from Ypres. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and has its own private garden with unfenced pond and covered terrace with garden furniture and BBQ.

Guest may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and pillows are provided. Utility charges and heating are included in the rental. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
