Comfortable detached character seaside farm cottage dating from 1880 located in the rural village of Commes (280 inhabitants) just 1km from the beach and 2km from Port En Bessin. The cottage has its own attractive enclosed lawned garden with terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swing, slide and sand pit.

Bed linen is included in the rental. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and water heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
