Picturesque traditional detached timbered character cottage dating from 1680 located near the owner's farm in a charming little hamlet in the beautiful Pays D'Auge near the village of St Julien De Mailloc (350 inhabitants) just 10km from the historic town of Honfleur, 27km from Pont L'Evêque, 37km from the seaside, 42km from Honfleur and 76km from Caen. The cottage is by surrounded well tended flower filled lawned gardens with garden furniture, BBQ and table tennis and beautiful views over the immediate countryside.

Utility charges are included in the rental during July and August. During the rest of the year the first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption will be charged at cost. Heating, including water heatin, is in addition to the rental. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 300 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for bed linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

Please remember that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
