Superbly renovated, spacious and comfortable former barn located near the owners' home in the rural village of Ste Marguerite Sur Fauville and just 22km from Fécamp and the seaside, 40km from Etretat, 53km from the historic city of Rouen and 58km from Dieppe. The property is surrounded by 3000 sq metres of landscaped gardens with sun terrace, garden furniture, BBQ, swings and boules court. There are donkeys on site for the children.

FIRST FLOOR

Three spacious triple bedrooms each with three single beds

The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen and towels or bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 305 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
