TWO BEDROOM CHARACTER COTTAGE WITH POOL

Beautifully situated detached character cottage located 500 metres from the banks of the River Layon in the heart of vineyard country in Faveraye Machelles just 20km from the River Loire, 30km south of Angers and 45km west of Saumur. The cottage has its own enclosed garden and sun terrace with garden furniture, BBQ and table tennis and shares a swimming pool with the owners.

Bed linen may be hired for 8 Euros per bed per week

Electric and wood fired heating
Bed linen and towels may be hired or guests may bring their own sheets and pillow cases and towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owners will require a fully refundable security deposit of 152 Euros on arrival.
Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire and heating are payable to the owner on site.
PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
