Charming detached traditional timbered 19th century character farm cottage located in the rural hamlet of Saint Hymer (584 inhabitants) only 18km from Deauville and the coast, 14km from Lisieux, 53km from Caen and 82km from Bayeux. The cottage has its own terrace and lawned garden with garden furniture.

The first 56kw of electricity is included in the rental. Any additional consumption and heating, including water heating, will be charged at cost. Guests may hire bed linen or bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Guests will need to bring towels and tea towels. Blankets and French style pillows are provided. A fully refundable security deposit of 150 Euros is payable to the owner on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for linen hire, heating and water heating are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
