Comfortable and attractive semi-detached farm cottage located near the owners' 15th century manor house near Mareuil-Caubert and just 7km from Abbéville, 27km from Saint Valéry sur Somme and the seaside and 56km from Amiens. The cottage has its own private garden and sun terrace with garden furniture and BBQ and shares further extensive wooded grounds with the adjoining cottage.

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental. The first 56kw of electricity per week is included in the rental, any additional consumption and heating will be charged at cost. The owner will require a fully refundable security deposit of 400 Euros on arrival.

Arrival time is from 1600 hours and departure time is up to 1000 hours. Charges for heating and end of stay cleaning are payable to the owner on site.

PLEASE REMEMBER that in France cleaning the property at the end of the holiday is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please ensure that you leave the cottage clean and tidy at the end of your stay. Failure to do so will mean that a charge for cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit.
